Our Duty at CONMEBOL

The Reporting Channel for reporting situations contrary to our Compliance and Integrity Program has the following characteristics: anonymous if you wish, confidential, managed by an independent third party, and free from retaliation for those who use it in good faith.
We emphasize the duty to report any act that constitutes a violation of our values (Article 17 of the Code of Ethics).
What We Report?

Corruption, fraud, discrimination, harassment, match manipulation, etc.

The report is submitted with all information/documentation.

Receipt of the report is confirmed, and a tracking code is provided.

It is evaluated and resolved.

Reports related to harassment, abuse, mistreatment, and those of high sensitivity will be managed by an independent investigator.

The report must contain the necessary information to initiate an investigation; an explanation of the facts, including dates and the organization affected, etc. Documentation that helps better explain the reported situation may be attached if desired.
